Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that you might change your mind! At Love East, we offer Free Returns so you never have to worry about your order! We will happily provide you with a return label if you for some reason have to return our products to us. Please note the specifications of our Return & Exchange policy below:

• All jewelry (earrings exempt) purchased at full price can be returned for a full refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase.  Any items being returned after 7 business days, but within a month of purchase, can be exchanged for another item or store credit. 
• We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment.
• Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
• Whilst we hope this never happens, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item, we will happily replace it and the shipping costs are on us!
• For an item to be refunded or exchanged, it must be unworn and returned to Love East in its original packaging.
